The article "Antioxidant Potential Profile of Portuguese Wheat (Bread and Durum) Germplasm" was featured on the cover of the Crops journal (MDPI) in the month of June. This study involved researchers Alfredo Aires, Valdemar Carnide, Ana Barros, and José Lima-Brito, all of whom are members of CITAB, as well as Ana Garcia-Oliveira, who had been a scholarship holder at CITAB in the INNOFOOD project.
