CITAB researcher awarded with best oral communication in conference

Rita Martins received the award for best oral communication at the XV Encontro de Química dos Alimentos, held in Funchal on September 2021. The award was given by ReadyToPub - Author Services Provider to the best communication presented by students. Rita is in her last year of the PhD doctoral programme AgriChains, coordinated by CITAB.
