CITAB will host the presentation of the book "The Guide of Bread in Portugal", written by Rita Beltrão Martins, in a session that will bring together several guests to celebrate and appreciate one of the most emblematic foods of Portuguese culture.

This session will feature the presentation of the book, an autograph session, followed by a bread tasting.

It aims to promote knowledge about bread in Portugal, exploring its diversity, tradition and innovation, as well as fostering dialogue between academia, the productive sector and the community.
