The WATERKNOW project, as a Geospatial Knowledge Infrastructure for Water Resources Management, will provide the improvement of water resources management and the prevention of drought and other extreme events with an impact on water use and management, through the provision of hydrological scenarios of rivers and reservoirs at national level and prediction of flow levels of five rivers in the north of the country, There will be the construction of two pilots within the scope of the project – one aimed at the agricultural sector and the other for the public sector.
