This project is aimed at creating a cross-border research network in the field of polyphenols and their industrial applications, and among the objectives are expected to boost the development of collaborative projects, with results in applications to these industrial areas, but also to promote the transfer of technology between public institutions and the private sector, promoting the training and mobility of researchers between research centers and companies.
