CITAB Brings Plant Biology to Schools

CITAB researchers recently visited Escola Básica do Douro in Andrães, Vila Real, to introduce 3rd-year students to the fascinating world of plant biology through hands-on activities.

Designed to engage young learners, the interactive experiments helped students explore fundamental biological concepts in a fun and accessible way. By combining education with experimentation, this initiative aimed to nurture curiosity and encourage a deeper appreciation for science from an early age.
