CITAB International Seminar on Innovation for Resilient Ecosystems: From Agriculture to Environmental Hazards

Researchers from China and Morocco will take part in the event


CITAB is organizing an International Seminar that will bring to UTAD Jinghui Fan and Kamal Aberkani, researchers from China and Morocco, who are partners in projects with researchers Raul Morais and Joaquim João Sousa, both members of CITAB.

"Synergizing Remote Sensing Technologies for Geohazards, Glacier and Snow Monitoring"  will be the subject of Jinghui Fan's talk (Ph.D. degree in cartography and geography information system from the Institute of Remote Sensing Application, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China)

“Resilient crops production grown under the Mediterranean climate conditions of Morocco for water scarcity: R&D approach” will be the title of the communication by Kamal Aberkani (Ph.D. degree in plant science at Laval University, Quebec, Canada, in collaboration with Agriculture and Agrifood Canada, Harrow, Ontario).
