STEMPACK project approved

STEMPACK is the name of the latest exploratory project approved at CITAB. Coordinated by Irene Gouvinhas, this project aims to develop an innovative active packaging solution based on grape stems. Scheduled to begin in January 2025, the 'Grape Stems: A Novel Resource for Sustainable Active Food Packaging' project will have a budget of around 50,000 euros over a period of 18 months.
